WHAT'S AN ANONYMOUS CORPORATION?
An anonymous company is a company whose shareholders, officers and board of directors are not made public. People will only know what you tell them.
The state we work with does not require owners to be listed.
OFFICERS & BOARD
The state we work with does not require these positions to be publicly listed.
This is the person who files the paperwork. We list our name so you stay private.
ADDRESS, PHONE & MORE
The state we work with requires the above information, but we list ours so yours never appears.
The Secretary of State does not require any personal information. Don't be fooled by large national providers who will list your name, address and more without telling you.
You may want to file additional paperwork to bring your company to life. For example, to register a tradename, trademark or to file an annual report. We are happy to file said document for you, using our name, to maintain your privacy.
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?
We do not require any documents to form your company. No license, social, date of birth or anything else. We are only required by law to keep a record of officers. This information is not shared with anybody.
LLC VS. CORPORATION
Both entities allow private ownership and management. Beyond privacy, corporations are inherently more complex. For small companies this complexity provides few, if any, benefits. If you are raising capital, want split share classes or a board of directors, then a corporation may be a good fit. If you are a solo-entrepreneur or family run business, then the additional complexities will merely be a bureuacratic nightmare.
Privacy is a right, but you have to right for it. We make this fight easy by doing everything for you.
